Fernando Venegas is a Public Policy Analyst at Aurora Policy Solutions, where he supports the design, research, and evaluation of evidence-based initiatives aimed at strengthening public-sector decision-making and institutional capacity across Mexico and Latin America.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where he graduated with honors and was recognized for outstanding academic performance. Fernando gained experience in the public sector at the Mexican Senate, supporting legislative follow-up, policy research, database development, and the systematization of information for decision-making. He has also worked in private legal practice and as an academic assistant in constitutional and human rights law.
